Admissions Department
Our highly trained Admissions Department focuses on making transition to Hillcrest for our new residents and families. They provide a wide range of services that include coordinating the admission process, reviewing healthcare coverage and benefits, determining appropriate level of care needed and assistance with the Medicaid process.
Social Services Department
Our Social Services Department provides a wide range of services including strengthening family relationships, working on interpersonal and emotional issues, assisting with the processes of aging as well as coordinating discharge plans.
